Did you know that thousands of pets are stolen each year? Whether for resale, illegal breeding, or other unfortunate reasons, pet theft is a real threat. Here’s how you can keep your pet safe:

✅ Microchip your pet and keep your contact info updated.
✅ Never leave your pet unattended in public (even for a minute!).
✅ Keep doors, fences, and gates secure to prevent easy access.
✅ Use a secure leash and collar with ID tags when outside.
✅ Be cautious with strangers who take too much interest in your pet.
✅ Stay aware of local pet theft reports and spread awareness.
