*UPDATE*
Jack has officially been adopted! Thank you everyone for your interest and sharing!
Good luck Jack!
Meet Jack!
He is a 15 week old chi x jack russel terrier(we think?)
Jack was an owner surrender as it turned out they could not afford emergency veterinary care when Jack fell ill. Dr Moaveni agreed to adopt Jack and treat him back to health! Now he’s feeling much better and we are ready to start looking for his furever home!
Jack is going to need a lot of patience and puppy training, as he is not quite house-trained.
