This is a clip from my first session with Shaba where I introduce the prong collar. This first session can vary greatly depending on the dog. It’s about the dog and I getting to know each other a little while I assess the dogs overarching disposition. This little guy shows me he loves to work, he’s motivated by food and quite confident. Denali and Aston being introduced to the Place Command This is one of THE GREATEST commands you can teach your dog. This is very different than having your dog go to their bed when asked. This command means that even if a cat covered in beef jerky runs by your dog will not move. Teaching your dog this command can eliminate many unwanted behaviours in the home. When you manage your dog appropriately you can significantly reduce conflict. @baker_k9 @baker_k9 @baker_k9
