The first level is the most important level. It's workforce level, the hard working men and women that are trying to serve you better are giving it their all because they will be earning 70
% of whatever is made. We wanted to make our employees want to work hard, be respectful and fun to work with. The way to do this we figure, is to make them earn the majority of the profits. The better they work the more they make! Seems simple but underused in society. The Company Level
The Company is essentially a union that works for the people. 25% of the profits will be going into the "Company" this is to help keep money in the employees pockets by planning for expenses before they happen. So now the deliverers won't need to buy gas; the company will take care of that. The dog walkers will have treats to keep their clients calm and the wonderful helpers at our charity will be able to have a pizza party when all the good work is done. Royalties Level
The last 5% will be going to the founder of The Company, Paul Pickett. He won't be collecting it until The Company is fully established. He is going to be starting every branched business with the appropriate partners, maintaining the image and working as an employee everyday. The point of the company is to bring 95% of the money to 99% of the work force. The 1% can settle with 5% I should hope.
