On Wednesday morning, I said goodbye to my companion of 22 years. I will miss her forever. She left deep paw prints on my heart. Sweet Autumn, was a feral cat who I adopted from Meow Foundation, along with her sister Bijou, who left us 7 years ago. They were both 8 months old. It is a long time to spend with anyone, and it is going to take some time to adjust to life without her. She was my heart.
