☀️ Temperatures are rising! It's important to know the signs of heat stroke in dogs. Some signs include:

- Glassy eyes
- Heavy panting
- Red/Purple gums
- Lethargy
- Excessive drooling
- Excessive vomiting and/or diarrhea
- High body temperature
- Seizures
- & more

Please keep your dogs out of the sun, walk in shaded areas, keep paws off hot concrete, and provide plenty of water.

🚨 If you suspect your dog has heat stroke, please call your vet immediately.

Keep your dogs cool this summer! 🐶

🦴Provide plenty of fresh, cool water. Consider adding ice cubes to the water bowl to keep it cooler longer.

🦴Create shaded areas in your yard where your dog can escape the hot sun. Remember: The sun is strongest from late morning to mid-afternoon!

🦴Asphalt and concrete can get very hot and burn your dog's paw pads. If it's hot to touch, it's too hot for your pup!

🦴Consider using cooling mats or pads for your dog to lie on, providing a cool surface for your dog to rest.

🦴Keep your dog well-groomed to help them regulate their body temperature.

🦴Make or buy frozen treats for your dog, such as ice cubes with a piece of fruit inside or frozen dog-friendly broth cubes. We have plenty of Frozen Goat flavours to choose from!

🦴If you can't take your dog with you when you leave the car, leave them at home!
