This is a friendly reminder for our local delivery clients to ensure that your steps and sidewalks are cleared of snow and ice before your delivery arrives - and to have your porch lights on, if it's dark.

Our drivers have had a few close calls lately. Please note that we have instructed them to skip the delivery if they can’t safely access the property. If your delivery is skipped, you’ll have the option to pick up in store the next day - or, have another delivery attempt made on another day once the snow/ice has been cleared. ($10.00 re-delivery fee will be applied).
