Thanks to Cody Shyba I was able to have my first plate coral. Pretty cool and fleshy coral that loves to eat….very slowly I might add. This video is over a 40 min span. Always exciting getting new coral for sure! I am sure there will be a frag of it available when I get back! Show me all your plate corals that are out there

Added the new Trident NP to my system! Heading away on a 3 week vacation overseas next week, so this will ease a little bit of the stress of not being around to check the systems. Looking forward to a more consistent testing of nitrates/phosphates. My physical testing has not been so frequent lately….

When I get new coral I still have the same level of excitement from when I got my very first one 20 years ago!

Always remember to acclimate and dip your new corals. Give them and your tank the best chance for success!
