A new volunteer program started today at the AARCS animal rescue called Cat Enrichment. This program will be supporting our shy and reserved cats, who often find it hard to express themselves in the shelter setting. Through activities like interactive play, scent stimulation, puzzle feeders, and quiet bonding sessions, we’ll build their confidence and help them shine. That said, our friendly and outgoing cats will get in on the fun too! These are 4 of the friendly cats I was able to interact with today. They enjoyed all the toy play, head scratches, catnip and love. I look forward to my next volunteer shift. 😍😺💙🩷

I have experience in a broad range of animals from cats, dogs, rabbits, ferrets, small mammals, fish, birds, lizards, snakes etc.

Services I provide in your home are animal care, private dog walks, daily feeding and cold water, waste removal, litter box cleaning, house sitting, play time, lots of love, administering oral medication, and house check ins. Mail retrieval & plant care are included at no additional cost.

I volunteer as a cat caregiver at Aarcs - Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society. I've been a foster parent for 4 years. I find it rewarding to give homeless cat and kittens a place to live until they get adopted.
