As we all know, the Jasper fires have taken so many peoples homes. Parachutes for Pets is collecting donations for the poor pups who need basic things like food, toys, treats, dog beds etc. We have opened our doors to collect what we can for these poor pups, and we are asking for your help! Donations can be dropped off at the front door, or send me a text (403-390-2251) and I’ll meet you at the front door or arrange a drop off time.

Together we can help make a difference for these poor families left with nothing. Lets show these pups what our amazing communities can do! 🙏💜

My buddy Royal is a young pup who’s just figuring out this whole grooming thing. I take my time and give him lots of breaks and praise, which is making grooming a positive experience for him. We took a little break because he was falling asleep while I was sc******ng his majestic coat.

Zeus is showing off his hair do, he’s one happy, handsome boy. Since getting neutered Zeus’s hair grows long, we keep it a bit shorter to help his parents upkeep it at home.

🚨 You asked and we listened! 🚨

Since bringing in the Showtech line, we have had numerous requests from clients wanting to buy it. These shampoos deep clean while leaving the coat soft and moisturized. They both smell great, and the scents last for quite a while we hear. This is the same shampoo we use, so it’s extremly concentrated, you only use a tiny amount in a bottle to dilute it.

My big buddy Hughey blew a TON of coat, the lip chap is for size reference. That’s just the hair from the tub, the floor was also covered after his blow out and deshed. What a happy, handsome boy 😍

As many of you know we have partnered up with The Feed It Forward Project of YYC to bring a free pantry for anyone who needs it. With the holidays approaching, I wanted to reshare to help get the word out, so we can help feed as many people as possible.

As we open our hearts during this holiday season, we are always accepting any food donations, and donations for the local homeless. All donations go to Mona Cinderelly, they go directly to those who need them. Mona goes to forest lawn and Chinook at least once a week, the amount of people she keeps clothed and fed is mind blowing and she is such an inspiration.

Needed items are winter clothes, men’s clothes, socks, boots, tarps, hand warmers, empty food containers, ziploc bags, toiletries, blankets, backpacks, bags, ready to eat food items or non perishables, Halloween candy, belts, or sleeping bags. We are also accepting gas gift cards for Mona, these will help her get these donations to those who need them.

Thanks to the generosity of so many of you, the pantry is keeping pretty stocked up. We would like to thank you all for all of your generosity, it’s very appreciated 💜

If you or anyone you know needs a hand, please text me or send them my number (403-390-2251) The pantry is by appointment, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Also remember we are still taking donations for homeless. Men’s clothing and shoes always go fast, coats, tarps, blankets, belts, toiletries, food containers, sandwich bags, are always in need. If anyone has any back lacks or suitcases lying around, they would be very, very appreciated.

🚨 We’ve got massive news 🚨

We are excited to announce our new pantry located inside the lobby! We’ve teamed up with The Feed It Forward Project YYC to help provide a bit of help during such a challenging time. This is for anyone needing some food, simply make an appointment and come take what you need. We are also accepting donations for the pantry if you wish to donate.

We also continue to collect donations for the homeless. Many things are useful such as clothes, toiletries, tarps, belts, shoes, socks, etc. These items go directly to those that need them.

We would like to wish Maverick, Scout and Mya good luck at AKC this weekend! I had the honour of getting these 3 Samoyeds ready for the show this weekend. Steph and I will be there Saturday cheering you guys on!!! 🎉👏

This is the largest outdoor dog show in Canada, if you’d like to go see some beautiful dogs I highly recommend you go check it out! The shopping is pretty amazing too 👍
