Are you thinking about tackling the 100k race? Well you don’t have to do it all alone.

New this year…pacers are allowed after aid station 6 for the 100km runners. This is exciting as you now have your own cheerleader, bear chaser or drill sergeant with you for the last 30k or so. What they can’t do is carry any of your stuff.

If you are running 100k would you use a pacer?

What a beautiful day to flag the Racing Dusk course! Incredible blue sky and warmer temps aided seven volunteers and a couple pups to flag and sign the three loops. Some bare trails made it feel like spring is just around the corner, but racers should bring traction for mostly icy sections. Here’s to hoping for a great day on the trails tomorrow!

If you are looking for a challenge before the end of the year come on out to Racing Dusk. It is a 20 mile trail race that consists of 3 loops run in any order. So join us for a great day in the trails, some warm hot chocolate, a post race snack and lots of fun with friends before the end of the year.

We had a visitor during our stop at Moraine Lake on Saturday.

Working on my strength this morning with a new PR of 305#. I have been able to see the improvement in my running from my increased strength.
