Ch Labralayne's Stone Cold Crazy .... Freddie Mercury has been working hard in Competition Obedience.

This summer he easily obtained his PreNovice title! Way to go Freddie!

Yesterday we competed in the Labrador Retriever Club of Alberta obedience trial in Edmonton.

Freddie achieved qualifying scores in Novice A in both trials and was also high in class in both trials. That's 2/3 legs towards his CD title the first time competing in Novice!

Labralayne's Velveteen Rabbit aka "Velvet" is a sweet, lovable girl that just turned one year old June 10th (Out of Karman x Texas). She is a gorgeous dark shade of chocolate. Velvet is looking forward to new adventures in Whitehorse!

Labralayne's Pretty Woman "Vivian" was also along for our trip to Winnipeg this weekend. She was only entered in the Labrador Retriever Club of Manitoba specialties and the All Breed Booster on Sunday in the Fort Garry Show. For her first time out and competing from the senior puppy class she did really well!

Vivian made the cut for Winners Bitch Saturday under Vonnie Russel in the specialty and was Reserve Winners Bitch under Linda Vaughn Sunday in the specialty and Reserve again in the All Breed Booster on Sunday.

Yogi had a great show debut weekend! Labralayne's Smarter Than The Average Bear picked up four winners male ribbons, including one in Sunday's Labrador Retriever Club of Manitoba's labrador specialty show under Linda Vaughn (where he was also best puppy in specialty!).

Yogi also was awarded Best Of Opposite S*x in the juvenile sweeps. ❤️

Following Seren's lovely Group 3 win on Friday at the Fort Garry show, she competed in the Labrador Retriever Club of Manitoba's back to back Labrador specialty shows.

Wonderful results for CH Lilywing's Serendipity at Labralayne! She was Best of Opposite S*x day one under Vonnie Russel and Judge's Award of Merit day two under Linda Vaughn.

Thank you to the hard working members and volunteers at the Labrador Retriever Club of Manitoba this weekend for all their efforts hosting back to back Labrador specialties in conjunction with the Fort Garry all breed show.

Seren also won Select Bitch in Saturday's All Breed show and Best Of Opposite S*x in Sunday's all breed show (that was boostered for Labradors).

Day One of the Fort Garry show in Winnipeg was a success! CH Lilywing's Serendipity at Labralayne was Best of Breed and Sporting Group third today!

Labralayne's Smarter Than The Average Bear "Yogi" was winners dog for his first points in his first show!

Congrats to the other winners today in the heat, two more busy days to go!

I am also very excited to congratulate Ian and Maggie on their great team effort at the Hub City Show! They obtained their third qualifying score in Novice obedience to claim Maggie's CD (companion dog in competitive obedience) title! Way to go!! ❤️❤️

Our beautiful Champion Labralayne's Strawberry Wine was out competing at the Battle River Canine Association all breed show and The Labrador Retriever Club of Alberta Specialty Show this weekend.

She showed well and we are very excited she won Select Female at 2/3 of the all breed shows AND at the Specialty under breeder Judge Dr. Michael Woods. 🎉❤️

Congrats to all the winners and thank you to our "Room Mate" Nichole Boutilier for all her help and support!

This handsome dude is a son of our own Best In Specialty Show CH Labralayne's Rosebud and Labralayne's Catch Twenty-two.
