He likes cats as you can see. Toby likes 80 percent of dogs but not all dogs. So we feel he would be happiest with being the only dog in the home. He had an evaluator for an organization come into see him, she said he would pass the test to be an emotional therapy dog with flying colours! He was also accepted into the program as a registered service dog! Ya Toby! 2 years old 90 lbs
