Hi There!

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and welcome you to the updated Page for Dog Meets World, formerly Happy Tails.

As you probably noticed I changed the name of the Happy Tails Doggie Daycare Page on Friday! My name is Daniela Altvater and filled in for Jen and Amanda when they had to stop working at the daycare early August because of their work imprinting puppies. Sam DeJong from Puppy Power asked me if I'd be interested in running the daycare until the lease was up in November and that if it was a good fit to keep it going. I love running the daycare and decided to renew the lease in November.

I am a current CCS student and have professional experience walking dogs in Toronto, I have also taken courses through dog*tec and the Karen Pryor Academy and passionate about positive reinforcement training and spending my days working and connecting with dogs and their parents.

I was going to create a new page but there are a lot of people who message me through this page. I apologize for any confusion!

I started off the year sick with a ferocious cough and am just starting to feel normal again and will be posting more and switching the website and email over.
