please be advised that Scruffy Paws will again be closed on November 8, 2024 due to an ongoing family emergency. we truly appreciated everyone's understanding. we will be in contact as soon as we can to rebook everyone back in. we will most likely open up our days off to get people back in.

Policy update!
If you are unable to make your apt and do not call us to let us know the following will happen

1. A full apt fee will be applied to your apt.
2. If you have reoccurring apts they WILL be cancelled
3. You will have to prepay for next apt.

We have a grooming shortage in campbell river and have a ton of people wanting to get in with us. a simple phone call to say you are unable to make it will allow us time to try and fill your apt.
*Multiple no shows will give us no choice then to let you go as a client.

Update.
After tests and xrays she has arthritis in both legs and bone spurs. 😳 she's got some new meds and treats and is recovering nicely. Thank you everyone for there kind words and support .

hey all so sorry but we will be closed today as we have to take our oldest fur baby to the vet.....might be a torn acl....will be back tomorrow at 10 .

Good morning to all! please note the following below

1. All calls are returned in order in which they are received. we are getting more than 20 calls a day. This might take a week please do not call multiple times!

2. We are not calling people back if there is nothing we can help with as this takes up alot of time.

3.If you NO SHOW and NO Call and have recurring apts ALL APTS WILL BE CANCELLED! this is taking away from clients that need an apt.

4.there is NO FITTING you in anywhere!! We are fully booked until JUNE and every month now has a min of 100 APts.

5. If you are unable to make your apt there are 2 options take the next avail apt whenever that is or wait until your next scheduled recurring apt.

6.WE RECCOMEND ALL CLIENTS GET ON A RECURRING SCHEDULE. WE ARE SO BUSY NOW THAT APT TIMES ARE GREATER THEN 8 WEEKS !
