North Island Farrier Service 13 years experience in barefoot trimming, hot/cold shoeing and corrective work,

- Shoeing with balanced trimming.

- Corrective shoeing

- Barefoot trimming

- Shoeing hunter/jumpers, eventers, dressage horses, western gaming horses and reiners. As well as standardbred pacers, trotters and thoroughbred race horses.

- I recommend that all clients horses be kept on a 6-8 week schedule in order to maintain the healthiest hooves. The goal of regular farrier work is to maintain

balance rather than change the hooves drastically each time which puts strain on tendons and ligaments.
