NOT offering full grooms or baths!! Back in 2021, I started Perfect Paws as a side business while I was working full time at a grooming salon in Ontario. That is when I got into the veterinary field where I was a veterinary assistant, charge nurse, and

supervisor. I didn’t want to fully give up grooming, but also did not want to do full grooms anymore as it was too much on my body. So, I decided to keep Perfect Paws and offer nail trimming services in the comfort of peoples homes. After growing my business in Ontario before my move to Calgary in September 2024, I started offering packages and more services. Although, I still do not offer full grooming. I have 2 cats of my own who I love more than anything. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always had the biggest passion for anything animal related and am a very strong believer in treating every single animal with love as if they are my own. I love the concept of offering these as a mobile service since so many fur babies get too anxious in the car,
at the vet, or at the groomers. I can’t wait to meet you all and your
lovely fur babies!

I am unfortunately very sick, again..
Appointments for this week are being pushed to the end of the week to give myself some more time to rest and get better.
If you have an appointment coming up, please have your phones by you today as I will be going down the list of bookings to reschedule people!

Happy Friday everyone!!

I’ve unfortunately been very sick the last few days and have been stuck in my bed.
All photos of the fur babies I saw earlier this week, as well as all of the appointments I had to reschedule to Monday, will be posted then!
So if you’re waiting for your pup or kitty to be posted, please be patient with me!

I want to make sure I’m resting lots and 100% for Monday so all of those fur babies booked in can still get seen before Christmas!

Well, Perfect Paws is here to help all of those confused pet parents!

Don't see your pups breed listed and aren't sure if they could use either service? No worries, send me a message with some pics of your pups paws and I can help you out!

You can also refer to the photos I have attached!

Please note that I have seen lots of these breeds.
For example, some Corgi's may not need their pads shaved, while other Corgi's I've seen do! etc.
It is also pet parents preference!

Today is the day!! I am hoping to see both familiar faces, and new faces at the nail trim event🥰

🐾Murphy🐾 , you may recognize this precious girl from a few days ago. Murphy is having introduction appointments with me to gain my trust, and get comfortable with me handling her before we jump into her nail trim. She was a rescue from Mexico, so is very timid around new people. Last visit, she wouldn’t really let me near her and definitely would not let me touch her paws. She was constantly backing away from me, and trying to find whatever way to not be close. Yesterday, I worked one on one with her. What a difference it makes not having moms around. I mean, just swipe to the next slide and took a look at the video to see her progress!🤩 We do still have work to do before I am able to trim her nails, but as you can see in the video, a slow and gentle approach is what she does best with. Hopefully soon, she’ll give me her paw all on her own!
