🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE🚨 it's a long read, but VERY important.
As of September 1st, 2025 Perfect Paws will officially be going down to PART-TIME hours.
As many know, business has not been going well so I have been looking for a more stable full time job. Thankfully after months and months of looking, I have finally found one!
I am officially going back into veterinary medicine!🥰
With my new work hours, I can be working 12 hour days, so going forward I am not going to be as lenient as I have been with appointments.
When it comes to booking, first priority will absolutely be going to the clients who have been loyal since the start. Who have been booking a MINIMUM of every 2 weeks to MAX every 4 weeks, do not have a habit of canceling, and always rebook.
*There are a very small amount of people who do not rebook, but still reach out every 4 weeks like clockwork. So they will also be getting first priority. As well as my one client who rebooks every 6 weeks*.
Going forward, I will only be booking appointments when I have others booked. If that day does not work for you, then I am sorry but you will have to wait until my next day in the area. I will NOT be booking people by themselves anymore when I have no other appointments just because the initial day I gave you does not work. I will also still be closed on Weekends.
If anyone, regular clients or not gives me any issues regarding this, you will unfortunately be fired as a client.
I am keeping Perfect Paws because I am not ready to say goodbye to so many of you, but I will not hesitate to fire you as a client if I am given any problems.
*examples:
- being spoken to in a harsh way
- demanding an appointment
- yelling at me or slightly raising your voice
- giving me a problem if my full time job interferes with when you want me to come

I will do my best to try and keep everyone on their set schedules, but it may not always work out.
I have been struggling for a long time financially and have been desperately needing a more steady income.
So as much as I adore all of you, this vet clinic will be my top priority and I really hope you can all understand that!
If you choose to look for another nail lady for your fur babies that can guarantee you are seen on your desired schedule, than I completely understand!
I just please ask as a curtesy to me, you are transparent about that.
I can absolutely still rebook after each appointment so your fur babies are in my schedule, but be prepared that there is a 99% chance that I will be reaching out the week prior to either change the time, or to a different day.
