Meet another athlete from our 2025 barrel racing show season lineup! ✨️💕
Allyson & Rosie 🌸 are a new and promising team in our program, and I’m so excited to watch them thrive together! 😍

Allyson joined us for our barrel racing camp last summer and developed a deep appreciation for the competition, preparation, and dedication required to be a show athlete. She had been riding Smoke for a while, but we decided to try pairing her with Rosie and see if this could be a good fit.

It turned out to be a perfect match! Rosie truly enjoys Allyson's company and her warm, loving energy, which helps keep her calm and focused. Allyson, though young, is an incredibly mature athlete. She takes excellent care of her horse, is deeply committed to her sport, and thrives on challenges. Her eagerness to learn and grow is truly inspiring! 💗

✨️ Matter's Equine - Hay Nets! 😍 ✨️
Another successful year for our amazing hay nets! A huge thank you to everyone who has supported my small business. I'm so happy to provide a great product and help horse owners across Canada and the US! 🫶

This success proves that my vision for this product was right. This year, we sold over 500 hay nets! 🦄 The positive feedback I’ve received is the best reward I could ever ask for.

I started Matter's Equine three years ago with the hay net division, investing all my savings to bring this dream to life. I believed wholeheartedly in my product, even when many doubted that hay nets could be a successful business idea.

But for me, it was never just about selling hay nets—it was about offering an easy-to-use, effective product made with durable yet soft material, gentle on horses’ gums and teeth. I wanted to create a product that’s quick and easy to install, even in the winter, and, most importantly, one that prioritizes horses’ health. I truly believe slow feeders are the best way to support and improve horses' digestive health.

Three years later, I can proudly say: Mission accomplished! ✅️

Last minute Christmas gift ideas ! 🎁
Heres a few ideas for our horse lovers ! 🐴❤️

1. Heated gloves, heated socks, and heated jackets.
We can never be too prepared for a winter ride ! Those are great gears to have when you spend so much time outside with horses ! Even if it's a little expensive, those will last a long time and ensure the comfort of the rider ! You can find some great heated accessories on Amazon or most sport boutiques ! ❄️

2. Grooming kit, halter, lead rope, horse treats, riding helmet, cowboy boots, riding jeans...
All horse related accessories can be very useful for riders and their horses ! Any tackstore will carry different brands and models of horse tack and accessories! 🐴

3. Learn to ride the western rider handbook level 1 to 4 (highly suggested!!) 😁
This is the equestrian Canada program we are following at Matter's equine. The book is full of useful information, and students can review different topics we will be talking about during lessons ! 🐎
