Take a look at the most common signs of Vitamin D poisoning (which can sometimes take hours to manifest). If you think your pet has ingested vitamin D, you should take them to your veterinarian or nearest emergency hospital right away.

Make sure when travelling with pets that they are contained in a carrier or in a seatbelt. While some animals enjoy car rides others become nervous and scared. Playing soft music and laying a blanket over a carrier might help bring them some comfort.
