As everyone has probably noticed we have been incredibly busy lately, just like every vet clinic, so we understand the frustration of trying to get your pet in for an appointment because we feel it too. Please realize that we are human and can’t always fill a prescription or call you back on the same day, and that we may need to refer you to an emergency clinic for urgent care. It costs absolutely nothing to be kind to someone. Su***de in the veterinary profession is a big problem and it has to stop. Everyone is stressed right now but we are appalled at how some people are acting towards one another. Just be a decent human being please.

You can see here, cats walk on their toes. When a cat is declawed it’s an amputation to the first joint. Basically the toes are amputated. This changes the way a cat walks and over time causes arthritis to multiple areas of the cats body. Declawed cats often avoid the cat box because of pain in the feet and arthritis in the body….. Please do not declaw your cat 🐾
