Gingerwood is thrilled to announce that we will be hosting Kristjan Good for a clinic taking place on April 20-21, 2024. The clinic is fully booked with riders from all over the maritimes, and we would now like to open bookings for auditors. It will be $25 per day + hst- if you’d like to attend please send etransfer to [email protected]

There will also be a consignment tack shop set up if you’d like to bring anything you’d like to sell :)

! JUMP A’ROUND !🐴

Hi all, we are very happy to announce that we will be hosting a Jump A'round on August 12-13, 2023.

The 12th is a training day where you can book a single or group time slot (30 mins per horse + 15 mins per additional horse) to train over the course in the outdoor ring. The 13th will be a practise show day, the warmup will be in the indoor and you’ll have 15 mins to jump 2-3 training rounds in the outdoor.

The pricing will be as flows:
Saturday:
$60 per rider for a 30 minute time slot OR $40 per person for a group with a maximum of 3 riders (2 riders will have 45 minutes and 3 riders will have 60 minutes).
Sunday:
$30 per rider
Total for single rider: $90
Total for group rider: $70
*plus tax*

Stabling is available for $40 per night. Shavings available for purchase at $9 per bag.

The canteen will also be open!

TO THOSE ATTENDING THIS WEEKEND’S BODY WORK CLINIC WITH LAURA MACSWAIN

We are looking very forward seeing you all this weekend!
A few details:
-Please feel free to ship in anytime after 12pm on Friday. The address is 68 Stanhope Lane. Once you are unloaded we kindly ask that all trailers and trucks/cars are parked in parking area which will be designated (on flat grass area across from paddocks).
-bedding is available for sale at $8 per bag.
- Clinic will run from 9am- approx 2pm both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday please meet in indoor at 9am (just participants no horses)
- Please bring your own lunch/refreshments.

Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the fires in Nova Scotia. We have 50 semi-permanent stalls available with a show mid June, if anyone needs a place for their horses between now and then please reach out. We would love to help in whatever way we can. It was a weekend to remember at Gingerwood🤩

A huge thank you to Ali Ramsay on teaching a fantastic clinic. What an opportunity it was to bring such a talented rider, teacher and horsewoman to our island!

Dressage at Gingerwood is pleased to introduce the selected riders for the upcoming Christoph Hess Symposium.

Congratulations to the selected riders and we would like to thank everyone who submitted an application. The interest from riders was overwhelming and it’s great to see so many talented riders in the Maritimes interested in participating in this event.

If you have not yet reserved your auditor tickets we highly recommend doing this as soon as possible as we are nearing capacity. Don’t miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity right here in PEI!

Exciting news for Riders!

Thanks to the hard & meticulous work of the committee in charge of organizing the Mr. Christoph Hess Canadian Tour we have been able to reduce our rider fee by $100 per rider!

If you are interested in participating in this once in a life time opportunity don't wait and apply soon. Application deadline is February 28 and riders will be announced no later than March 15.

Rider Fee is now $600 and this includes:
- Two private 45-minute lessons with Mr. Hess
- Stabling
- Two weekend-auditor passes (one for rider and groom)
- Lunch for rider & groom
- Saddle pad

We are thrilled to announce that Gingerwood will be hosting Canadian Champion, Ali Ramsay for a clinic on April 22-23.
The clinic is full, however all are welcome to come watch and learn! Auditing will be $25 per person for the weekend- if interested pls send etransfer to [email protected] as space is limited.
There will also be a happy hour taking place from 5:00-6:00pm for the riders/auditors on the evening of the 22nd.
