Meet " Yellow Rex F2"

Yes , it was acquired by accident from our friend .merchant last year . What it is - no one really knows , but we're in the F2 stage .

When your growing out a pepper breed to stabilize it - you get some crazy variation in pods ...

But this one right here- this is the one we're looking for .

Bumpy, gnarly , almost covered in spines . He's ours and we LOVE HIM .

Here's to seeing where it goes from here 🍻

Our first superhot ripened up this weekend .

This is some variation of the " Bubble Gum Peach Jami" . It's got some different genes , as this one ripened yellow.

So as a good Pepper Poppa- I ate it

I'm crying under those glasses .

After three weeks of "starting to flower ". We've finally pushed through to full on flowering. Fighting the weather is now officially a "thing".
