Halloween is only a few days away! Don't get frustrated with your pumpkin constantly going out. Beeswax candles burn brighter and longer than most candles. One beeswax tealight will burn for approximately 4 hours. $8 per 4 pack.
TIP: If your flame seems weak, cut a few extra small holes in the back of your pumpkin near the bottom to provide your candle with more air. Candles need oxygen to burn their best and can get snuffed out by being enclosed in a pumpkin. If that's still not enough, either place the pumpkin lid so that there's a gap around the top, or carve a vent hole through it.

First honey of the year has been extracted and it's a beautiful clear "white." Very sweet with strong fruity flavours. The best thing about being small scale producer is getting a wide variety of flavours over the course of the season. Can't wait to see what the rest of the year produces.
