My poor Winston yesterday saw emergency vet for a broken tooth that exposed the root ‘ he got pain meds and saw his regular vet for a tooth extraction today!! He is doing well and I’m picking him up shortly.

I wanted to share the importance of checking over your pets at home for any hidden emergency health issues this could be an extra lump , pain or tenderness on a certain area or a broken tooth.

Generally we notice our pets showing a symptom of an issue before we become aware of an issue .

With my Winston I brushed his teeth two days ago and all teeth were fine I went to brush them last night and noticed the broken tooth we still don’t know what he did but was caused by trauma .. he was eating and drinking and showed no sign of pain but I can ensure an exposed root of a broken tooth is very painful and if left untreated ‘ infection sets in quickly and can impose an abscess and other more serious issues. Lucky I’m on our pets mouths often and caught this quickly

Winston will be fine with one less tooth but I was happy I caught it before things worsen.

I hope this share reminds everyone the importance of checking over all your fur-babies daily and keep up with their oral health care 💙💜💙

Roxie 💜 RIP 💜 I learned today that one of my clients babies passed away recently these moments are never easy and I sent my condolences to those that got to love ❤️ her . I feel blessed to have been her groomer the past few years and I will miss her soo much! I develop relationships with each of my clients and couldn’t feel more blessed to have gotten to knew this sweet gem 💜 may we all send love and healing vibes to Roxie family during their time of loss RIP over the rainbow 🌈 Roxie

Louie 💙 I have been grooming Louie for 2.5 years and most of his visits are more concentrated on medicated paw and underbelly wash and dry to keep his allergies at bay.

Now that his other health issues have been addressed he started Cytopoint injections and I was super thrilled that his skin has completely cleared and only was a hypo clean up today. Super happy for Louie’s relief🥰

I thought I would share this in case anyone’s pup is suffering from environmental allergies Cytopoint can be a great managing medication and worth speaking to your vet about. One of our dogs Nova has been on Cytopoint for a few years and it’s a life saver.

Paws up Louie enjoy the rest of the summer 🐶💙

Shultz is a 16 year old schnauzer and jazz is a 14 year old havanese 💙 these two are so sweet Shultz hair cut was not perfect as he is senior and has arthritis in his legs and did not want any sc******ng around the face.. jazz was a little bit more easy, but they both got more of a comfort trim due to their age versus a perfect trim. They both went home feeling their best with out being overly stressed 🐶
