Just sending a friendly reminder when you schedule an appointment, I reserve my salon to pamper your pooch 💜

many of you know I am super flexible when it comes to scheduling or short cancellations as I understand, things can arise and I’m super understanding. When you No-Show meaning there was no communication that you were not going to make it to your scheduled appointment time It leaves me no time to reach out to anyone else that may have wanted to take your spot. Please keep in mind Communication is always key from my side and yours 💕

company policies can be viewed on my webpage as a reminder I charge a $50 no-show fee along with a full deposit to reschedule when you no-show and there is no charges to change or cancel your appointment as long as you give me notice before your scheduled timeframe.

most of you are absolutely awesome at communicating any adjustments to your appointments this announcement comes from a couple recent no-show appointments.

Chewy and Obi 💙💙 these two are rescues from Mexico and require a fair amount of TLC for their Grooming’s ❤️‍🩹 but I give these fellas two paws up for getting through the grooming process today and I was super excited when I got a kiss from Chewy!! It’s always a pleasure working with all my clients, but it is super special when I get to work with reactive dogs and get to see a small positive steps forward!
