We are extremely excited to announce we will be sponsoring part of the Rabbit and Cavy show at the Chilliwack Fair this year again!

While we do not accept donations for our rescue pigs, if anyone would like to send something extra towards this event we would be happy to share some amazing items!

If you are new to Topaz Cavies, We are run by a mother daughter duo who started this page up while I was in 4-H (Julie) while my mom was our 4-H Leader. 4-H is a very cherished organization by us and after spending 10 years in the 4-H program I now get the great honor of being selected as a judge for fairs in the Valley and in Kamloops.

We are looking forward to the 2024 Chilliwack Fairs 4-H show while seeing all members and clubs who came out to make an amazing show.

If you are interested in helping with an extra item or two for some amazing kids please send us a message and we can talk more!

I post updates on occasions about the few pigs we keep as pets either from our old breeding program or as rescues who we have decided to keep.

We lost one of our two remaining coronets yesterday.

I got into Coronets in 2019 with Shellfire he got me started on this amazing golden retriever type breed. It's hard to think I have lost one of my last ones.

Coronets will always be a passion of mine, Big Man will forever be loved by not only us at TC but everyone who he's gotten to be loved by through his life.

I am happy to say both of our orphan babies have found forever homes!

Our sweet little American Silkie cross pups are still looking for their new home.

These sweet babies came into our care December 18th at 8 days old and are now almost 9 weeks old.

I'm discounting my rescue fee on these babies so they can find their new home and half of their adoption fee is being donated 💜

We have 3 little piggies looking for a home in the New year.

Twix is an American Silkie cross, he is approximately 5 months old and the dad of Reeces and Toffee. Twix is able to leave anytime.

Reeces is an American Silkie cross who leans more into the silkie side with his coat

Toffee is an American Silkie cross who leans more into the American side

Reeces and Toffee are our orphan babies who have been hand fed formula and critical Care for the past 2 weeks and are finally munching on pellets. These boys won't be available until at least January 21st providing they keep growing properly.

Please know that we do not go by first come first served with any of our guinea pigs. We will always pick the best home for our pigs.

Also adding in, We will not disclose where any animal that is surrendered to us is from. Please do not ask as we will not give you any information.

Well we say we are done but then a these guys fall into our hands.

These babies are currently un-named but came into our care at 8 days old. They are currently 10 days old and are working on becoming chunky little babies.

They will be looking for new homes end of January.

They came with their dad who's 5 months old if anyone looking for a companion male or a solo male.

We would also like to give a big thank you to Heather for lending us some supplies.

Unfortunately, we are no longer breeding at this time.

We may start again in a few years, but at this time, we are closed.
