The Sparkes Farmgate store is closed untill spring. We will open when our berries or first crops are ready.
In the meantime, our own Farm fresh free range eggs are available daily in the egg stand in front of the Chilliwack farmgate store. The chickens keep laying. We also have bags of our potatoes in the stand. Russet & Yukon gold. Washed or unwashed.

Sparkes Farm Gate at 46265 Prairie Central Rd. in Chilliwack is getting loaded up with our own potatoes. This is the first year Sparkes Corn Barn has grown our own potatoes. If you take a look at this video, you will realize we might've grown too many.
Because of that, we are going to offer them to our customers at an amazing Wholesale price. Come on down to Sparkes Farm Gate and choose between Yukon Gold, Russet or red potatoes. You can buy them by the 10 pound bag washed or 25 pound gunny sacks unwashed so they keep longer. Of course you can just pick out a few and fill your own bag to

Feed the Children is a program run through Chilliwack Bowls Of Hope Society. It is made possible by the efforts of community-based volunteers, donors, and community partners. Every year, they allow us this opportunity to contribute. They provides soup, fruit and other hot lunch items to 23 schools within the School District. Through donations, 900 children in need receive over 17,000 bowls of soup EACH MONTH!

As the season winds down and winter is just around the CORNer, consider filling the freezer with Sparkes Triple Sweet Jubilee - it is easy!
1. Bring your water to a boil
2. Blanch for 2 minutes
3. Cut off the cob (using Pampered Chef tool - AMAZING)
4. Put in a freezer container
Making soup, stew, chilli? No prob! You have delicious, non-GMO corn to feed your family through the cold season. 🙂

Digging our own grown nugget potato's. Today. We will have them available daily in Sparkes Farmgate on the corner of Young Road and Prairie Central rd Also available in our Agassiz location, 1201 Highway nine across from the sparkescornbarn at the entrance to Agassiz along with our own strawberries, that we pick every morning  Our raspberries that are growing in Agassiz will be ready in 3 to 4 weeks.
