Mr. Salvador is looking for a forever home!

His current owners hearts are absolutely shattered 💔 The decision was made out of love for him and wanting him to live his best life. He is currently living in Chilliwack.

Here is what they want you to know about Sal.

Salvador is 3 years old, his Birthday is Dec 17, 2020. He is the biggest suck ever. He loves to snuggle. He sleeps in our bed with us. He is highly food driven. He has lots of energy that he needs to get out everyday. We are looking for a home that will provide an active lifestyle. Walks, hiking, playing in the backyard etc. Salvador has separation anxiety so we are hoping his new owners will work on that with him.

We feel he needs to be in a home that does not have any other animals. Our home currently has 3 dogs including Salvador and although they all get along for the most part, Salvador has become reactive towards are other dog Roo. We are unsure why but this is the reason we have made the heartbreaking decision to rehome our baby boy.

We absolutely adore Salvador and we are looking for a forever home who will love him as much as we do!

Hello everyone!

This is Ryan, the new owner of Diamond Mobile. I took over from Krystal on February 1st. Thank you for the very warm welcome and supportive words I have received since the ownership change was announced.

We are currently booking appointments Monday-Friday. Please be patient with me as there have been a lot of facebook messages, text messages, and phone calls and I'm doing my best to make sure everyone gets an appointment that needs one. I'm doing my best to not miss anyone but If I haven't gotten back to you, feel free to send another message.

I have taken over the Diamond Mobile social media pages and the phone number will stay the same. I look forward to meeting everybody at your next appointment!

He is the current owner of Southpaw Dog Training, and has 6.5 years of dog grooming experience. Along with his wife Jocelyn and their two boys, they are an animal loving family with two cats and two dogs 🐶 🐈‍⬛

I have known his family for years and can attest to their sweet nature and genuine care for animals.

Hello Diamond Mobile Family 🫶

I wanted to fill you all in on some big changes coming with our business. As you all have been along for the ride this last year while I’ve navigated health challenges, I’m so grateful for all of your patience and love you have shown!

It is time for me to really focus in on health and healing and have made the difficult decision to transfer ownership to a new team (intro to follow on next post 🤍)

This business has been my baby for the last 7 years, it’s been such a sweet experience growing relationships, developing as a boss and business owner and getting to care for your beloved pets!

I can’t imagine not seeing each family on the daily but I do know this is the right timing for me personally. And so I’m stepping into new beginnings with a full heart of gratitude for all this business has been.

I KNOW the new owner holds the same values for maintaining those relationships and giving the best care to your animals and I can’t wait for you to meet him and the team he builds!

You will see me around over the month of January still!

The phone number and Diamond page will transfer to the new owner and the plan is to get callbacks up and running again! So for booking it should be business as usual.

Thank you all for being SO patient as we roll things out and get back into a groove.

The rumours are true! We are back in business. We have been catching up on clients who were cancelled/ postponed while we were away.

Our plan is to work through callbacks in the order they were due while we continue to catch up on each of your pets nails/grooming.

Please continue to be patient with us while we do our best to fit you in as quickly as possible.

I will be headed to Idaho mid October for a specialized Lyme treatment. My hope is to continue to work afterwards, will keep you all updated as to any changes in my plans to return to work 🫶

Our business will be closed down until further notice.

I am away on emergency in Louisiana supporting a friend and their family. Many of you may have heard about the little boy Azaryah’s near drowning accident at cultus over a month ago. Their family is close friends of mine, and so as we do for our people, you show up however you can. For me this looks like helping them out until they have things under control while he receives special oxygen treatment in New Orleans.

I had hoped to continue running a team at home while I was here, but things have changed and so it will not be possible until I return.

Please take the time to watch the video of Ryah’s story and spread the word as they need all the support they can get. (Will post his story).

As soon as I am aware of my return date I will update you all ♥️ I am still unsure of the workload I’ll be able to take on coming back with my health, but when I know better I will update each of you!

For clients who have prebooked/have upcoming appointments, I will contact each of you to let you know and to place you on the list in order to be rebooked upon my return.

Special request!

Please can you all fill this feed with your best wishes for Karly as she heads on to work for her family’s business. I know she doesn’t love attention on her, but she has been so instrumental in this business and will be missed beyond measure!

If you know her, you know how tender and steady and attentive she is. She has loved your pets with the same intensity as I do, and has built relationships with our clients intentionally for years. To have the kind of employees I’ve been blessed with has been nothing but a gift from God, but Karly has carried an extra grace with her as she filled the gaps for me when my health has struggled to handle the workload. She has never complained, only served. As the business grew, she learned to run a crew of her own and handled it so well. She’s the whole package and then some.

We wish her the best as she transitions into married life, new job and all the great things to come, and will be forever grateful for 4 *years of her time with us!

You will be MISSED ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Diamond Update

*IMPORTANT UPDATE* please read ♥️

As some of you may know, I (Krystal, business Owner) have been navigating Lyme disease challenges for some time. As I’ve tried to continue working full time, this isn’t possible going forward. We are in transition training our girls to take over new roles so I can take a step back. I will be working limited days as I can handle, and our Team Lead (Karly) will be taking over scheduling and will still run a crew for the rest of her work days. Our other girls (Jordyn and Maddy) have been off to a great start running their own team part time as well.

Please be patient with our team as they transition into their new roles ♥️

While we intend to continue our loving care for your pets, we will not be able to guarantee a set time frame for booking your pets in while we restructure things.

Some immediate changes to expect:

• we will not be accepting new clients at this time (temporary)
• Animals that are cautions may be put on hold until staff are trained
• Lion shaves- we will not be taking on new shaves at all at this time to ensure Krystal can see as many current clients as possible
• Krystal will not be able to see any difficult shaves due to health requirements
• Spaces for shaves are prebooking well in advance already, so will send updates as to how scheduling for shaves will look as things progress
• The business line (604-798-3159) will no longer be Krystal’s personal line, and will be turned to snooze outside of work hours (generally 9-5)
• If cancellations/no shows happen within 24 hours there is a $21 cancellation fee to cover our girls time
• Booking of appointments, returning messages will primarily happen Monday, wed, thurs, Friday before 11
• The girls will do their best to return messages while on the road during the rest of the day
• We will be restructuring our prices slightly to ensure our business can remain serving you, a separate post with a clear list will be made.
• If any of our long term clients have any budget restrictions please reach out and we can discuss options.

We thank you for your patience and care as we step into the new model we are creating ♥️ you will see me around still, just in a different capacity.
