Just A Friendly Reminder Of Our Policy

Policy In Effect

We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment failure to do so will be a charge of 25.00 dollars per animal the day of your missed appointment and before your next appointment is booked

No Shows Will be the full price of grooming paid in full the day of your grooming before you next appointment is booked

If you No Show anymore then 2 times you will be took of my clinet list as I have many people waiting to get in

I have had a crazy amount of people cancel on me last minute in the past few weeks this sometimes leaves me stuck with no time to fill it

I hope you all understand and I appreciate all your support 🙏
