Happy Valentines Day! Let’s celebrate with some good news!

I am excited to announce I am reopening on February 16.

Service will be provided through curb side pick ups and drop offs, and the front door will be locked. I will come out to greet you at your appointment time, please wear your masks and maintain social distancing.

I will be contacting everyone who needs to reschedule missed appointments, and everyone who has requested an appointment tomorrow. Please be patient as I am doing my best to see everyone as soon as possible.

Hello Everyone,

I am hoping to clarify some points after today’s announcements from the government.
Today Ontario announced that groomers can now perform emergency grooming services only. This means the health and welfare of your pet must be at immediate risk, and proof of these conditions will be required.

These conditions can include:
-Referral from a Veterinarian or Animal Welfare Officer
-Matting causing redness, skin irritation or sores
-Nails ingrown into the paw pad, or long enough to cause pain when walking

If you think your pet meets these conditions, please reach out to schedule an emergency appointment.

If your pet does not meet these conditions, please be patient as we wait for an amendment to allow regular grooming appointments. A wait list for regular grooming appointments has been started. If you would like to be added to this list, please call 226-222-1413, or message us on Facebook.

Hello Everyone,

Unfortunately, as of Dec 26 we have been forced to close due to the lockdown. All existing appointments in January are considered cancelled. Existing February appointments will only be cancelled if the lockdown is extended. I will reach out when I have a re-opening date to reschedule in order of appointment. I will not be booking any appointments until I know when we can re-open for sure but I can add you to the list of clients to be called when the time comes.

We wish all of our clients a happy holiday season, and to enjoy the little extra time to spend with our families and pets.
