Of Many Colors Mainecoon Of Many Colors Maine C**n Cattery is based out of Cobourg, Ontario. We are tica registered. Hello and welcome to Of Many Colors Maine C**ns!

Our names are Vanessa and Rich, and we love the Maine C**n breed. Getting the European bloodline can be difficult. So we brought Eastern European Maine C**ns here to Canada. We fell in love with the European bloodline and wanted to share their uniqueness and very majestic look with other Maine C**n lovers. So after acquiring a lot of information about the breeding process, we decided to start our

own cattery! Our beautiful cats come from different parts of Europe, There were a lot of obstacles to overcome in order to get them here but now that we have our majestic cats we can expand the European bloodline. One of the distinguishing features of the Maine C**n is their adaptability. They can easily travel, they are tied more to the people than to the environment or the home, and the temperament of the cat is so balanced that they are easily compatible with all the family members, especially children. They are fundamentally devoted. Perhaps only about these cats you can say "faithful as a dog".

Today is a happy/ sad day. Today Stella/ Mona goes to her new loving home. I will be getting plenty of updates and watch her grow on social media. The new owners have been well educated on the breed and nutrition. It is still never easy, but I am very happy that she has her people... they are over the moon excited!🥰

I get a ton of messages about nutrition for my mainecoons. My cats are on several protiens in rotation. Chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, pork, rabbit, duck.
You never want to give a cat the same protiens every day, as every protien has its own benefits. Breakfast for my babies. And a good pre/ pro biotic is a must. Raw, freeze dried raw and a high quality wet with bone broth, and qual egg twice a week. Raw chicken wing tips for teeth and gums once a week. ( only the tip) my older cats eat up to 3 times a day, my kittens eat 4 to 5 times a day as they are growing rapidly. My cats are introduced to a rotation of protiens from a very young age. (Note: This has to be done very slowly for any cat that is not used to this. You can't just switch a cats food as it can cause stomach issues.)

Stella known as (Mona) and Leesagh known as (Lisa) 11 weeks old, are growing at an uncontrollable rate. They get weighed in next week at the vets. I'm going to predict that these beautiful girls are over 5 pnds each. They were at 3.08 pnds at 6 1/2 weeks. These two are extremely rambunctious!!
