We had the cutest new duo today!

When I was first starting up my business, I was very fortunate that I had a few local entrepreneurs reach out to me And one of them was these dogs, doggo mom Mia! 🥰

Mia makes, hands-down one of the single coolest products I’ve ever seen as somebody who owns one reactive dog and one dog who likes to scavenge and put everything in her mouth 🙃

I think basket, muzzles, and metal muzzles hold a certain stigma, where as these muzzles put a very modern spin on an issue that a lot of dog owners face as well as saw some issues such as painting room that traditional muzzles do not accommodate.

I would highly recommend checking out as she has a lot of different options and variety, and colors!

Muzzles are not one size fits all, and I genuinely think that all dogs should be muzzle trained, regardless of any direct need for having a muzzle

It seems like a life time ago, but it was actually only March of last year we were taking care of these lovely ladies - one of our first pet sitting gigs was actually a pair of our close friends who trusted us, hired us and continues to support us! 🐷💖

That being said, this afternoon we will not be available as we’re excited to be attending their baby shower! 🥳

We have nail trims and pet sittings this morning and evening, but we will be cell phones down in order to be present with our friends celebrating their little one on the way this afternoon - thank you in advance for your understanding 💕

We understand that for many women, leaving an abusive relationship can mean leaving behind their furry family members, which often keeps them from seeking help. By allowing pets into our shelter, we remove one of the most significant barriers preventing them from finding safety and healing.

The growing need for pet-friendly spaces in shelters reflects a wider societal understanding of the profound role pets play in our lives. At Bethesda House, we are proud to lead the way, ensuring that no one has to face violence alone—whether with a child in hand or a pet by their side.
