I don’t post photos of myself doing agility with Summit a lot. But, grabbed my heart with these ones. Summit is my best friend. Together we are a team. And as much as she can be a nut, and I can be scatterbrained, I love working with her in the ring. These were from our Feb trial, where Summit got two more Masters Jumpers Q’s towards her Championship title 🥰

Then and now: The girls went to .and.archer’s house yesterday while we had some contractors at our house. Curled up beside Rundle is her oldest, both in age, and in enduring friendship, fur-friend. Little Fox-man will soon be 16 years old. Rundle and Foxy have been friends for probably about 8-9 years! Rundle is only 10yrs old, so they have been friends for most of her life! We love you .and.archer 🥰

10.5 month old Maui had an awesome weekend finishing his open scent containers and interiors!! Unfortunately, a p*e on a dumpster during the exterior search stopped him from completing his open title completely. It’s hard being an adolescent male! But, overall the judges and volunteers were impressed with his performance for being such a young dog in the open class! Go Maui!!

Feeling pretty spoiled by this girl. I’ve been sick this week, and on Thursday, I went to bed around 5pm, and apart from bathroom/water breaks, stayed in bed sleeping until 7am the next morning. This girl stayed by my side all night. Didn’t even leave to investigate when her dad took Rundle out for a walk that evening. She is the most loyal, momma’s girl. Making sure I have company until I’m feeling better and can play again. 🥰

Pups are starting to explore each other and mom a bit more. There eyes are just the slightest bit open, but the real fun is yet to come! Also, yes, we upgraded to pretty collars today 🥰

In case anyone was wondering what does 1-2 week early scent introduction and early neurological stimulation looks like, here is me doing a walk-through with Apple. These minor exposures and stressors challenges their central nervous system, so they are better able to recover from minor stressors, when they are older. It also sets the foundation for them to be comfortable with all kinds of handling. Handling exercises start to amp up at 3wks.
