Meet Pepper, this sweet girl has been getting a whole life makeover. First a new, upgraded living situation and now a pawsome makeover so her inner beauty can shine through 😍
Her new family understands how important grooming maintenence is for Pepper's physical AND emotional health so not only did they book her for this extreme makeover, they rebooked her for another appointment to make sure she stays on a regular schedule from now on 👏
Way to go Pepper, self care is soooo important, keep pampering yourself with regular SPAW days, you earned it!!!

We work hard to ensure we meet those needs providing consistent, affordable and quality care for a long or as short as you need.
Unlike other facilities that may require minimum nights or higher rates during peak times or limit the length of time your pets can stay we aim to be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of the clients and their pets.
We won't charge you for nights you don't need or use and we know the longer your pet stays with us and the more we learn about their unique needs and the more they grow to trust us the easier caring for them becomes, so we give you a price break for longer stays.

Today we are answering a common question we get asked.
My dog (or dogs) are BIG, can you take large breed dogs?
YES!!
We accept dogs of all sizes, from the tiniest teacup chihuahua to the largest (and drooliest) Mastiff!! Size doesn't matter, we have the right accommodations for your pup to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
And yes, we accept cats as well (in their own space of course).
We do not accept rabbits, guinea pigs or other small or exotic pets, but can offer recommendations if you need.

One unique feature of our facility is our policy on group play.
We do not allow pets from different families to play together although we know these daycare style set ups have become very popular in our industry.
Why not? Is it because we are just party poopers who don't want your pets to have any fun?
Of course not!!
The real reason should really be no surprise, just like with ALL our decisions it is because we believe this choice is in your pets physical and psychological best interests.
And the best part is you know when your pet or pets gets their playtime they are getting our undivided love and attention!!
