Pheasant Run Farm Pheasant Run offers a variety of equine services. From training show horses and race horses, to foaling, stallion handling, yearling prep, teaching lessons.

Our name is new but Jamie Demetrick and Allison Covert have been working as professionals with horses for most of their lives in one capacity or another. mare care, lay ups, transport and more. It's not a job but our passion.

Just a few snaps of our week at the BCHJA Fall Finale. I enjoyed it so much. I feel so grateful to be able to spend it with Ginger and Caitlin. Our equine family is just the best, Holly, Cheryl and Tui. Tui has gone on to new adventures and I really miss her already. But, I am so thankful for the opportunity that she has been given. It was amazing to be able to spend the week learning with Claudia Cojocar. It was so fun catching up with people and meeting new friends. Thanks Tbird for such an incredible week! 👏🩷🦄

What a gorgeous September day! I can't believe how shiny our horses still are on our new feed program. We have switched over to a beet pulp, alfalfa pellet, alfalfa cube mash some get rice bran some don't (depending on work load and metabolism). The key ingredient though is Mad Barn Omneity premix. It is a game changer to be able to tailor mineral intake with the highest quality mineral. The cost is less than our old feed program and the results are incredible. ✨✨✨

Here is a picture I took of the happy foal family yesterday. It's not the best but it was such a refreshing scene as I was slogging away in the heatwave. I love that the pony mare and foal can live with the Thoroughbred mare and foal. The palomino foal is half pony and half Thoroughbred. 💞

We are so grateful to the KRC volunteers who worked day and night to put this show together 👏👏👏. It was the perfect first outing for Tui.💞 The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program
