Happy New Years Everyone!
Hope all is well and had a great pawkiday season!

Starting on Feb. 1st 2023 there will be a $10.00 price increase on all Full Grooms.
$5.00 price increase on all Bathing
$5.00 price increase on Nail Trimming.

Both Lisa and I are still pre booking clients, we haven’t forgotten ! Thank you for all who are patient and we are looking forward to seeing you soon!

Good Afternoon everyone! Both Groomers (Lisa & Kristie) are fully booked till Dec. 23rd.
We are working longer days.. please be patient when your groomer is unavailable to return phone calls/texts and emails. May have to wait till we closed for Christmas holidays where we have the spare time to reach out to everyone.
For those who werent able to pre book for Christmas this year we encourage to please book the upcoming year or at minimal 6 months notice.

Hello everyone !
We are posting our rules for Late/Missed grooming appointments. The price depends on the scheduled appointment.
Late fees- anything after 5 min being late there will be add on price of ($5.00)
10 min or more will need to be rescheduled and pay for a missed appointment.
It’s very important to be on time for your scheduled appointments so it doesn’t make your groomer late with her next scheduled client/clients for the day.

Missed appointments fee is of that grooming price for pet.

Good morning everyone,
Please arrive 5 min before your scheduled appointment, if you are 10 min late it affects the groomers next scheduled appointment. If any changes need to be made please give Lisa and kristie 24 hours notice.
If There is a late cancellation of 10 min and over there will be a late fee cost of the grooming service price.

Hi everyone!
We are opening tomorrow! (A video will be posted what the inside looks like. It’s been a whirl wind of a time. Our Reno’s aren’t completely finished. But it’s enough that both lisa and I can groom our lovely clientele.

We ask please don’t knock on the door. It is a hazard for the other groomer. Soon we will have cameras set so we can see when people come and go. Please continue to text/or call us when you arrive 5min before your scheduled appointment 🙂
There is lots of parking available but we have a limit on time. (15 min parking limit)
There is a deposit area for used p**p bags, please be sure to pick up after your pet. (I’ll show in pictures and location) 🙂

Soon our complete Reno’s will be finished and we will happily share them on here too!
For the safety of lisa’s and kristie’s trimming your babies while we are working, short pick up and drop offs please. 💛💛

We are working our hardest to get the salon ready to open. We will be opening Wednesday July. 28th.

Update on the new salon move. We are delayed on the move.

Hi Everyone, Paw Palace is open for regular scheduled appointments with Lisa and Kristie. Please follow the rules that are posted on here plus at the white gate. It’s important to arrive 5 min before your appointment, text/call either one of us for arrival and then meet at the white gate. And if someone is there please keep respected space. All dogs come with leashes and collars/harness. (Please be sure they aren’t loose for your pet to slip out of.) thanks in advance 🙂 see you all soon!

Hello all, we are remanding open during Covid lockdown. Again, our rules remain the same for meeting and dropping of clients at the white gate. (Top of the stairs) please continue to be patient and message/call us on arrival and pick up.
If you do arrive when someone else is there please stay the respected space away.
Wearing a mask is always encouraged.

A reminder when arriving 5 min before your scheduled time please park where there is also room for another client to park as well. So both groomers can stay on time for the daily busy schedule. 🙂 greatly appreciate it.
