Keeping with the cat trend this is to date the largest cat portrait I have done. 18x24 acrylic on canvas. There was a large amount of layers and detail that went into this one. A great learning curve in mixing colour as well as those browns, blacks and oranges are not just that.

Thank you all who have shown support. Unfortunately Chess got her wings this morning.

I will be leaving prices for the canvas board paintings as they are right now at 75% off for next month.

This week has not been great. What started on Monday as a little cough with chess has now turned into a very serious life threatening condition. We are still waiting on confirmation of what it actually is but is 1 of two things. One being lung cancer or two blastomycosis which is a fungus infection. As of right now we are first treating for blastomycosis. Chess is 12.5 year old I was hoping for a couple more years with best girlie. To help off set her vet bills I am offering my acrylic canvas board paintings at 75% off. These would make a great Christmas present for any fur parent. Please DM me or email me [email protected] if interested if you are unable to purchase a painting please send happy healing thoughts chess’s way she really needs them.

The ugle stage.

I haven't been doing much painting lately as life has myself and family on a new path. Hoping in our new home, once we find one. I can actually set up a proper studio to work in. And able to take on commissions again.

This here is an entry I'm working on for a pet portrait contest. And also trying out fur patterns I have yet to do!

I have not done much in portraits lately. My full time job has grown so much in the last little bit and I had to step back and focus all my energy there, but I snuck a few of these in. First is Bode mini Aussie acrylic on 3/4 stretched canvas, then there is the kittie brothers 5x7 water colour (sorry I forgot to get a better picture), and forth is an 8x10 watercolour.
