June 2, 2024.
Speaker: Chrys Sample, Vice-president of MIKI’SIW Metis Association of Comox Valley
Topic: On Being Metis. Chrys will share with us her lived experience growing up Metis in
Northern Saskatchewan along with the history and culture of the Metis Nation.
The Justice Action Team will provide coffee/tea and treats following the service.

Had the absolute pleasure of sitting for Wiggles and Stella over Spring Break. Stella is a champion mouse chaser. And Wiggles is just too darned cute!

Today was a great day! I have been working with Pax for over two years. He is very shy and very sweet. While he let me pet him, he would always be hidden under the bed or behind a drape. This weekend he was out and present - then he did this! So happy for this beautiful brave boy.
