With the days being so hot be sure to keep your dogs cool. Walk them in the early morning before the temperature is to high if you can't get out then try walking on shaded trails always bring plenty of water. If you have a cooling vest for your dog make sure you soak it then put it on to keep them cool they now have summer boots you can soak to keep paws cool and their paws off the hot pavement! Remember stay cool!!!!

So glad that training with my teams are going so well I know life sometimes gets busy but I love when we come back together and start where we left off!!!

Training...is not jumping from trainer to trainer, from organization to organization, its about dedication, commitment, and routine to your dog and yourself. You can not blame other people for flaws and mistakes you need to treat each day like its a new training day!

Come out to our Craft and vendor fundraiser (for Pacific Coast Guardian Canines Service Dogs) October 28th from 10 am till 3pm. 2421 c Cousins ave in Courtaney!!
There will be Vendors,crafters,a BBQ, bake sale, silent auction, pet dog paw print paintings will be done this day too if you want a paw print memory.
(Dogs must have good manners)

Today Vern had an adventure in the big mall he did amazing!!!! Along the way we met Randy from Tommy Guns who gave him some products to try out! They carry pet products now! Thank you Randy and staff at Tommy Guns

What a great training day at the Courtaney Fire Department the crew on today was amazing with the dogs and the kids (of all ages)!
The dogs got to experience sounds, different smells of the equipment and sight of the uniforms(the ones at the office) and full on call gear! The dogs did well both responded differently but did well!!! Can't wait to do this again!
