I said my final goodbye to my beloved daughter, my best friend, my whole world - my dearest Justine. Words can't describe the loss, sorrow, grief, and emptiness you left behind. My heart is shattered beyond repair and you left a void that can never be filled.

Justine had a bit of upset stomach last week and is just starting to recover from it. She's gone off raw food until things settle down. So I'm forming this batch of ground turkey thighs with lamb liver, organic egg and veggies into patties and baking it for her. Speedy recovery sweet Justine!! You got this 👊💪♥️

Meal prep Sunday! I'm only prepping a single protein today featuring free range, grass fed and grass finished Water Buffalo raised locally in BC! Whenever there's a single protein in a meal, I try to use different cuts of meat. Today, I'm using chuck roast, cheek, and ground water buffalo.

Prepping everything in one day can be daunting. I found that it's much easier to prep meats and organs on separate days.

How do you meal prep? Would appreciate any tips!

Today marks 3 years without you. 💔💔💔

To those who don't know, Shannon was my baby daughter, Justine's biological sister, and CEO of Dobieman. Shannon had heart disease and then heart failure followed. While her condition remained stable, a sudden heart attack took her away from us.

We miss you everyday Shan! Love you always and forever ❤️❤️❤️

Anchovies and mussels are super essential in Justine's diet!

Because they are so small, anchovies don't accumulate toxins and they are choke full of Omega 3s which aid in reducing inflammation. Mussels contain manganese which is often deficient in most diets.

Use them as treats or top them in your pup's bowl to add nourishment!

Here's Shannon chewing on her beef tendon!! This girl loves her beef tendon!! Shannon update: this past Saturday, Shannon went to see Dr. Maja at Healing Paws and we have amazing news!! Shannon is recovering super well!! Only took 8 laser therapy treatments, 3 acupuncture treatments, and moderate exercise to keep her knee holding on strong!! Thank you Healing Paws and good job Shannon!!!
