The LEASH Loft & Spa provides all avenues for the dog owner. Our 4000 sq-ft facility in Coquitlam houses a Daycare, Full service Spa, Training and Boutique all under one roof. Our staff are passionate and committed to the care and well-being of your pup. We provide full supervision to ensure safe play and fun for everyone. Your dog will have a blast rolling around at the loft while

making lifetime friends and relationships, while being mentally stimulated and playing in a safe, secure environment. We have various areas allowing for dogs of all kinds to enjoy themselves. The Littles Loft for the smaller Lofter, Puppy Pre-K for the brand new and inexperienced Lofter, Gen Pop for the play hard Lofter, and the lounge loft for the older dog that enjoys a mature mingle. The LEASH Loft & Spa are also advocates for adoption and responsible pet ownership. We proudly support LEASH Animal Welfare Society through monthly contributions.

There’s something truly special about senior dogs- their wisdom, their gentle souls, and the unconditional love they’ve perfected over the years. 💛 Just like us, aging brings changes, and they need our patience and care more than ever.

As dogs age, they may experience:
🐶 Slower Movements- Walks become strolls, and that’s okay.
👂 Hearing & Vision Loss- They may not see or hear as well, so extra gentleness goes a long way.
🦴 Joint Stiffness & Arthritis- Soft beds, gentle exercise, and warm snuggles help.
🧠 Cognitive Changes- They might seem confused at times, but love and routine keep them feeling safe.
🍖 Dietary Needs Shift- Softer foods, supplements, and extra hydration can help them stay strong.

Aging is just another chapter in their story, and we’re lucky to be part of it. Cherish every cuddle, every tail wag, and every frosted faced moment. ✨

Top 3 Tips To Keep Your Pet Happy On Snow Days ❄️

1. 🐾 Protect Their Paws – Snow, ice, and salt can be harsh on your dog’s paws. Use pet-safe paw balm or booties to prevent cracks and irritation. After walks, wipe their paws to remove any salt or ice-melting chemicals.
2. 🌡️ Keep Them Warm & Visible – Not all dogs are built for cold weather. Short-haired or small breeds may need a coat or sweater. Also, with shorter daylight hours and snowfall reducing visibility, use reflective gear or LED collars for safer walks.
3. 🕰️ Monitor Outdoor Time – Even if your dog loves the snow, prolonged exposure can lead to frostbite or hypothermia. Limit time outside, provide a warm, dry space indoors, and ensure they have access to fresh (not frozen) water.
