🚨 URGENT ANIMAL HOARDING SITUATION 🚨

The NL West SPCA has recently become aware of a serious animal hoarding situation. Together with our friends at Sunshine Kitty Rescue , we have launched a joint effort to safely remove and care for the many animals involved over the coming days.

This is a major undertaking, and we are doing everything possible to give each animal the second chance they deserve. 💙

Many of you may remember our last large-scale rescue from a hoarding situation in 2023, which placed a huge financial strain on our organization. While we have worked hard to recover, and it is every rescuer’s nightmare to learn of another animal hoarding, it’s not these animals’ fault that they are in this situation, and they deserve our help!

Right now, we urgently need funding and supplies to begin this mission. Many animals will require immediate veterinary care.

🐾 Items Most Needed:
* Clumping and non-clumping cat litter
* Blankets and sheets
* Paper towels, bleach & cleaning supplies
* Wire cages (large enough for a litter box, bedding, food & water bowls)
* Cat and kitten food (wet and dry)

💖 How to Help:

📍 Supply Drop-Off Locations:

* NL West SPCA Shelter – 15 Lundrigan Drive
🕘 Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM – 1 PM
* Timco Location – Timco Industrial Mall (behind the plaza)
🕛 Saturday, 12 PM – 3 PM (we are the middle door along the front of the building)
