We are currently open by appointment only for approved adopters. Appointments may be made during the following hours:

Tuesday: 11:00 - 1:00

Saturday: 11:00 - 1:00
Sunday: CLOSED

If you'd like to meet an animal outside of these hours, please

call 785-2747 and leave a message with your name and number - we'll get back to you as soon as possible! Donations can be made via e-transfer to [email protected] or in-person at the shelter. Supplies can be dropped in our bins at Coleman’s at the Garden, Dominion, Sobeys, Western Pet Supply, Danny’s Paw Prints or at our shelter during business hours. Items that we are always in need of include clumping cat litter, bleach, clear/blue garbage bags, dry cat and kitten food, wet cat food, all purpose cleaners, and baking soda.

Food Donations can be dropped at the food bins at Western Pet Supply (on Broadway), Dominion ( just inside to the right of the main doors), Sobeys, Deer Lake Foodland or at the shelter during visiting hours. We need: kitty litter clumping, dry kitten and cat food, dog chews and toys, and dish scubbers/cleaners for cleaning stuck on messes. Paper towel and cleaning supplies.
