Just a friendly reminder to all our customers, we require a 24hour notice for any cancellations. A 50% fee fee(per dog) for cost of groom will be charged in order to book your next appointment (either in person by cash or e-transfer), 2nd time is 75%, afterwards full cost of grooming will be due before booking appointment (non refundable if you do not show

)

Arriving late may also end up in a cancelled appointment and a fee for future booked appointments. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions feel free to message us.

Adele here;

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! Just wanted to give all my pre-existing customers a heads up that I will be away on holidays from January 18th - February 4th. During that time I will not be able to respond to any messages. So please, if you do send a message, be patient and I will get back to you ASAP.
I am currently booking mid February so spaces will be limited for the month so book ahead of time. Thank you.
