Cancelation, No Show, Reschedule Policy

To provide the specialty care you request, and your pet deserves, I schedule a limited number of One on One, Cage free appointments per day. Last minute Cancelations, Reschedules and No Shows are financially difficult for a small business such as this. Minimum 24 hr notice allows me time to schedule another pet waiting to get in. While emergencies occur, and will be taken into consideration "last minute Cancelations, Reschedules and No Shows will incur an added fee of $25
