Twisted stirrups!

One of my favourite jobs and one of the services I will be providing this Saturday at the May the Horse be with You Expo in Yahk.

This is a "work while you wait" job. Bring your saddle, drop it off at my booth, and go enjoy your day. It'll be ready by the time you're ready to head home.

Hey everyone! 📣 This weekend, I'll be in Yahk for the May the Horse be with you expo.

Bring along your saddles and any gear that needs repairs. I'll be setting up a small workbench for basic fixes.

Did you know we have ICELANDIC HORSES in our area? Well, now you do! We will have an Icelandic horse presentation by local enthusiast who brought the breed to the area.
Our local US Dressage Federation Bronze Medal rider will be demonstrating dressage and answering your questions.
Another talented local horsewoman will be demonstrating breakaway roping!
Local "die hard" trail, Cowboy Challenge, western riding talent will be showing off her obstacle work.
Lunch will be served and we're holding a SILENT AUCTION!

Excited to share a 'during and after' instead of a 'before and after' - I got ahead of myself! And a picture of the conchos because they’re so shiny.

I’m back in the Kootenays, and that means my shop is open!

For those who don’t know me, my name is Andrea. I was born and raised in Cranbrook. While attending college, I spent time in a saddle shop learning saddlemaking and repair.

With over three years of repair experience, I cover everything from minor repairs, including new strings and stirrup leather replacement, to more extensive jobs like rigging replacement and relining skirts. I also offer professional tack cleaning services ranging from basic cleaning and assessment to a full teardown option for western saddles.
