FAQ's
How do I receive the product? We have our work shop at our home 15 minutes outside of Cranbrook. We have a pick up box in Cranbrook that you can pick up your products at your own convenience. Do you ship? we are able to ship our collars and leashes throughout Canada at your expense. Shipping for collars is through Canada Post letter mail and takes a few days and costs $3 to $5 depending on t

he size of collar and how many you want. Leashes are more expensive to ship

How do I know what size I need?
18" Collar fits a dog with a neck size of 11 1/2" to 15" Small (15-25lbs)
21" Collar fits a dog with a neck size of 14 1/2" to 18" Medium (25-50lbs)
23" Collar fits a dog with a neck size of 16" to 20" Large (55 -75lbs)
25" Collar fits a dog with a neck size of 18 to 22" X-Large (75lbs +)
