We will be open for Dinner on Thursday, Dec 8th- Saturday, Dec 10th from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.

We will reopen on Tuesday 13th, w/ Lunch & Dinner service;
Sunday & Tuesday- Thursday 11:00am-9:00pm
Friday-Saturday- 11:00am-10:00pm

Open faced veggie sandwich with arugula and red radish microgreens. 🌱🥪💜

Arugula microgreens are tricky to grow and have smaller yields than most microgreens. That said - they have a real powerful arugula taste that won’t go unnoticed! A dainty but tasty addition! 😋

This is my most recent go to breakfast. DIY egg McMuffin elevated with some spicy triton radish microgreens. There are many types of radish microgreens but triton is my favourite for taste. Their pink stems are pretty darn cute too. 😎

small but MIGHTY!!!

It’s amazing how strong these little plants are! 🏋🏾‍♀️🌱💜

During germination we stack trays and add a 12lb paving stone on top to ensure the roots grow down and into the soil. This germination phase is about 5 days long - after which we put the plants under our LED lights to green up and grow! Seed to harvest in 10 days!
