It has come to my attention that many clients didn't receive the text announcement I sent out on Saturday evening.
I sincerely apologize if you found out about my leaving through a friend or on Facebook.
From speaking with the company I use, apparently if your phone was out of service at the time the text sent, the text failed completely and didn't go through when your phone came back into signal. As many of you live in poor cell service areas, a lot of texts failed it seems.

Again my sincerest apologies and If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to reach out.

Dear Valued Clients,

After much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to close All Kind Grooming, effective December 31, 2024. This move is necessary as I will be relocating to BC to be closer to my husband's work.

I will continue to work and honor all appointments until my closing date.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your loyalty and support over the past three years. It has been a pleasure serving you all and your pets.

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope to have the opportunity to say goodbye in person before I leave. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
