Merry Christmas!!!!! I just wanted to say a big thank you to all my lovely clients for their continued support this year.

A huge thank you for all the cards, texts, cookies, chocolates and thoughtful gifts that you took the time out of your day to drop off to me. I am completely blown away by it all. I'm very grateful for you all!
None of it would be possible without Jen & Kerry , the best people in the world!!! Thank you for putting up with me!!

We will be back Jan 3rd refreshed and ready to go again for another year.

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to do a quick update/reminder as we head into the busy season.

We are pausing in the intake of new clients until Jan 2024.
We no longer groom long haired xl breeds.

We currently have about 4 appointments left before Christmas!!

Current clients who have visited us in the last 6 months please book online.
If you do not see an appointment time please text me and I'll do my best to get you in or place you on the cancellation list. We may also add an extra day or two before Christmas if needed.

If you have any questions at all please feel free to contact me at 587-216-2793, and I will do my best to respond by the end of next business day. Text is always easier to get in touch over phonecalls as signal is bad in the salon. However if you prefer to call, just leave a message and I'll get back to you at the end of the next business day. The salon is open wed-sat 8.30am-4.30pm.

Please note: we implemented a price increase/adjustment Nov 1. Some clients may experience a 5-10 dollar increase. Matting charges will be implemented going forward.

We encourage clients to stay on a 6 -12 week schedule and to book well in advance to ensure your pet can stay comfortable and clean. You can book appointments online up to a year in advance. As always please arrive on time for your appointment so as to not delay the rest of the days appointments. Plesse let your pet go potty before their appointment.

Notice: Price Adjustment: Nov 1

We will be re-adjusting our prices starting Nov 1.

Some clients may experience a $5-10 increase for small dogs and de-shed dogs in particular.

Some clients may NOT experience any change as they were already increased to the new pricing last year. Some of you were increased slightly last year but not fully so will need to be brought up to par with everyone else.

We understand that money is tight right now and we will strive to continue to provide the best quality work and service that we can at an affordable price. Our day to day running costs have gone up and we therefore need to enforce our pricing increase from last year.

Price Increase: Pricing for Doodle and Poodles will increase by $5-$10. Matting fees will be enforced for any extra time needed.

We do offer regular grooming discounts for 4-6 week grooming so encourage clients to book in advance to ensure they can stay on a schedule and avail of the discount.

We will be pausing taking on new clients on Nov 1 so if you've been delaying making an appointment for Christmas please do so soon.
We are doing this so that our regular clients have appointments available to them for Christmas. If you haven't been to see us in the last 6 months you will be considered a new client.

I'm getting married!!

It's pretty busy right now. Theres a few small dog appointments left in May and possibly one of two short haired de-sheds but big hairy pups are booking into June.
Also just wanted to let you know I'm getting married in Aug so will be taking Aug 4th-29th off

We now offer teeth brushing for $8 with any grooming service. You can add it on at booking or just let me know when you drop off at your appointment!!
Plus you get to keep the brush after to use at home!!
We use sorbitol free toothpaste and it really does help!!
