Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past few months during the beginning stages of Room to Grow Microgreens 💦🌱☀️

With the seasons changing, we are updating our grow space in order to continue our sowing, growing and harvesting process in an efficient manner.
As a result, we are taking a growing hiatus in order to focus on expanding our business, designing our website, and experimenting with various seeds and growing methods. 🌿💦

We will continue to keep you updated on our journey, and are excited to share the new and improved “Room to Grow”! 🌱🌿🥬🥦

Arugula 🌱& Broccoli 🥦 HARVEST day!!

You might thinking, “man these guys grow a lot of Arugula and Broccoli!” but it’s all part of the microgreen farming process! Practice makes perfect, and as we GROW along,
we are continually experimenting, while perfecting certain crops at the same time. Seeds can differ greatly between seed companies and during these times, we’ve had to buy organic seed from all over Canada 🇨🇦

We have some exciting new crops we hope to bring out soon like Thai Basil, Red Cabbage and Daikon Radish. Hopefully Thai Basil will be ready in the next few days!

We’re so grateful to have such wonderful customers supporting us in this process! Calling on all Arugula lovers ❤️, we have two very beautiful trays for harvest!

We are also harvesting another Arugula tray that has been growing for over 3 weeks (average is 2) which as a result has a mix of micro and baby greens! 🥬

Mid-week Harvest 🌱

Various greens grow at different rates and we also like to experiment with letting the greens grow a couple extra days as it alters the taste and texture 🌿

These specific pea seeds are from Vancouver and are highly recommended by professional growers because of the quality and flavour. 🧑🏼‍🌾

Dwarf Grey Sugar Peas have 7 times the amount of Vitamin C as blueberries and 4 times the amount of Vitamin A as tomatoes!

Sweet in flavour like Sugar Snap Peas, with a juicy finish. Great in stirfrys and salads 🍲🥗. Also great to munch on simply tossed in some sesame oil or vinaigrette. 😋
