We are very excited to now be offering laser therapy for our patients! Laser therapy is a fantastic, non invasive tool that can be used to aid with both chronic and acute conditions by reducing inflammation and increasing mobility. 🐾

The Burnside Vet Hospital team is excited to announce a Valentine’s Day-themed fundraiser for the month of February. We will be selling paper hearts, which will be displayed in our reception area. By purchasing a heart, donors can put their name or their pets name (or both!) on the heart to show their support. 💖💜❤️

All proceeds will be going to Wendal’s Way Dachshund Rescue.

Donations can be made at Burnside Veterinary Hospital.

We can also accept non-money donations such as small dog beds and collars 🐶

Sweet little April, the 7 year old morkie came in for a dental with Dr. McCarron this morning 🦷

After full mouth x-rays to check the health of her roots, it was found that her teeth were in great shape underneath the tarter. With a scale and polish from skilled RVT Terra they’re shining once again! ⭐️

February is dental health month in the veterinary world. Did you know that your pets oral health can affect many other areas of their life? Dental disease can be tricky to notice. Performing x-rays under anesthesia is the only way to truly know what is going on below the gum line. Luckily for April, we were able to remove her heavy tarter build up before it caused more problems 💙
